After Hours Medical Service

The Broadmoor Medical Clinic is open from 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.

Any calls to our clinic after 5pm will be directed to our after-hours medical phone service staffed by registered nurses who will triage an injury related call and direct the individual to the appropriate medical care. All calls will be reported to our clinic at 8am the next business day. Dr. Ogrodnick and Mike Lafayette, NP will be on call for emergency phone calls directed from the after hours medical phone service.

We recommend your company utilize the hospital/emergency room of your choice/convenience when our clinic is not open. The injured worker should be advised from your company coordinator to follow up with our medical clinic the next business day after their initial medical treatment at the hospital/after hour clinic. Also, if your company requires a post-injury drug-screen please notify our office before the injured worker’s visit to our office on this next business day.
